MISSION

Increase the effectiveness of healthcare company boards.

Our mission will be achieved by:

  • Creating a deeply connected diverse network of capable board members who support each other in current and future board roles; 
  • Facilitating frequent interactions between new (less than 3 years) and experienced board members;
  • Enabling existing board members to develop their board careers;
  • Sponsoring other board-ready directors, particularly those presently under-represented in boardrooms.
